Due to the personalization and customization of each order we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your item please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.

Current turn around time is approximately 2 weeks. Like you, I want my items as soon as possible and I do everything I can to complete your item early if not on time. If for some reason your item is limited stock I will reach out as soon as possible on any delays. Also, if you need an item sooner than the current turn around time, please reach to me before placing your order.
